The home is registered by the CQC (Care Quality Commission) and Approved by the London Boroughs of Enfield and Haringey for Residential and Dementia Care. As such it is subject to regular inspections and unannounced visits by officers of the Care Quality Commission and the Social Services.
The home has been managed by Jonathan Beacham with the assistance of his brother Richard since 1995.

Our 2 Head of Care have supervised our care team and managed our residents care needs for over 20 years and both are fully qualified in care management Level 4.

Our care team is made up of over 20 staff, they have many years of experience and all have the care qualification NVQ level 3 or are working towards their level 3. We have excellent staff retention and the majority of our staff has been working in our home for 5-10 years. Training is key to our care and development and staff are on a continuous training programme.
