Quality

The home is dedicated to the highest care standards. Through efficient administration and care planning we aim to provide our residents with individual designed care. Our staff team in highly motivated and trained to the highest level of care practices. Many with NVQ levels 2 & 3.

We provide 24 hour personal care tailed to each individual resident’s needs. In a safe, secure and warm homely environment.

Care Values

The home is registered to care for 43 elderly residents. Each with their individual rooms, and personal care needs met via our family values of privacy, choice and independence all delivered by our Keyworker system. We pride ourselves on our many years of experience and our hands on family management style of the home. Many of our staffs have also worked with Eastbrook House care team for as many years, which means our residents receive the best possible care, with a familiar carer they can trust.

Comfort and Independence

Eastbrook House is on three floors; with the main lounges being on the ground floor where there is a television and music system to enjoy. In the spacious dining room you are welcome to entertain guests. Meals are prepared and cooked in the main kitchen using the best locally sourced produce. There is always a choice of menu and we cater for your individual likes and dislikes and special diets.
Each bedroom is individual furnished and decorated. You can of course add your own touch by bring your own personal possessions with you. Our experienced care team will be at hand to meet you every need, in a homely relaxed environment which we all call home.
